Halifax Regional Centre for Education Human Resource Services:
 

• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with the four unions representing employees of the Regional Centre for Education.
• Provides advice and expertise in grievance and arbitration handling, contract negotiations and administration of collective agreements.
• Ensures compliance with employment and labour laws through consultation with Human Resource Services department.
• Provides leadership and training opportunities in the areas of contract interpretation and labour relations issues.
