Oversees the case management of employees on short term sick leave, long term disability, WCB and injury on duty claims including monitoring assessments, referrals and accommodation requirements.
Develops return to work plans in conjunction with employees, health professionals, supervisory staff and OHS and union representatives.
Oversees attendance policies to ensure that employees are supported in their ability to meet attendance and task expectations of their roles.
Provides health and wellness supports and guidance to assist employees in maintaining overall well-being both in and outside of work (i.e., Employee and Family Assistance Programs and community resources).
